David
Strebinger –Chairman & CEO
An entrepreneur with over 8 years of corporate development experience and an in depth understanding of the wireless and mobile industry, Mr. Strebinger is both a co-founder and current Chairman of Itson Mobile Inc.
In 2000 Mr. Strebinger founded Infinity One Financial, a corporate development and investor relations firm that became one of the most successful firms in BC within its first two years. In 2002, through a series of profitable successes, Mr. Strebinger became President and a principle partner in Jupiter Capital Ventures, a Merchant Banking and Venture Capital Firm. His roles and responsibilities with Jupiter Capital Ventures included financial analysis, project development, investment banking, budget development, accounting and contract/partnership negotiations.
In addition, Mr. Strebinger is the catalyst that formed One Hospitality - a powerhouse hospitality consortium. Mr. Strebinger has a depth of experience that encompasses a variety of specialized areas. His keen attention to detail and constant vigilance over the objectives and goals has enabled him to produce projects of the highest caliber. As CEO, his financial background and astute business skills provides the group with a solid financial management systems.
Michael Palethorpe– VP of Operations
Michael
has been highly successful in business in a variety of newly
emerging industries such as the Technology Industry. He brings
a vast array of experience and ground breaking success in
both public and private companies. Since 1998 Michael has
founded several successful companies including a US Public
Company and world leader in XML technologies in 1999, the
worlds largest mountain bike web site with over 22,000 unique
users a day in 2000, and was Regional Manager of a global
educational enterprise, doubling participation in its courses
in 2004. He is highly skilled in large, multi-faceted, operations
delivery, and has passion for managing and empowering people
and turning vision into reality.
His
vision, passion and "cut to the chase" style will
deliver on CellDonate's large and long-term mission and purpose
Richard Harris – Vice President of Marketing & Sales
Ric has over 28 years of business experience in Sales, Marketing,
corporate consulting and management training. He has his own
International Training company, facilitating to over 10,000
sales professionals with such companies as RBC Financial Group,
Oracle, Royal Trust, Canada Trust, Micron Electronics, YEO,
Hero's for Humanity, Canadian Cancer Society and many other
large North American companies. He has been involved in the
Mobile industry since its inception back in the early 80's.
The company is currently privately owned by its executives
and key board members.
CELL DONATE is currently looking for any major account professionals
